It also should give a confirmation number before you log out, it didn't. The claim was denied and submit and appeal it’s been 2yrs since then and still fighting for a response to my appeal!!! mind you i am no fan of insurance companys in general.
Unfortunately the risk associated with your FZ changed and we needed to make adjustments to make sure were properly priced for the coverage we are providing. There have been times when my motorcycle policy renewal slips my mind but someone at Rider would call and remind me and I could take care of everything over the phone. Rider Insurance has the best rates! She was so pleasant. Well I got one of your associates Thanks for continuing to choose Rider! When it comes to payments they are sucking in my money no problem.
