We're sorry for the frustration. I wore a suit 3 times and the metal clasp broke in two. The person I spoke to was nasty & refused to cancel it.
I used the "exchange code"found on the website to avoid shipping fees on the new order. I had to order the smaller size and pay for expedited shipping. Do NOT do business with this company. Unbelievable they could not do air ship for me. They state it shipped on June 10th by Fed Ex. The only way they give refunds to the original payment is If I accept them charging me $10 for going back to the original payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Would not fix it. For example, when searching for the popular Gottex Rio tankini to compare prices, the search returned more than 100 results, most of which only matched the word "Rio" and not the designer.
